In this weeks episode of Minecraft Speculation Ville, we look at the super bull market that has become of the London Real Estate Market. We also look at the progress of the UK housing market overall, and briefly look at the Ichimoku cloud indicator developed by Goichi Hosoda that is used in technical analysis of charts.
In this weeks portfolio we look at the Google (GOOG) stock split, and past stock splits of Microsoft (MFST) before and after the dotcom crash. We look at the other stocks in the portfolio including Eckoh (ECK), Macau Properties (MPO), Johnston Press (JPR) and the UK Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey (TW.). At the end of the show we look at the S&P500, the Bitcoin market, the CRB Commodities index, and the Gold price.

Hey, your sound quality is really good, and I like those graphics

I think you might want to look at how BDEV and PSN lead prices.

I still think a breakdown in these indicators is possible within the first half

"Sell in May"

Yeah - that's Chas. Neener's idea too.

He wants to "Be Short by the End of May" - and maybe that would be a good idea sooner.

Certainly, IWM/Russell 2000 and some other indices are already well off their highs

Martin Gilbert of Aberdeen Asset management; says the worlds ultra rich own no bonds, and interest rates will be going up in the coming years.

How can he be so sure? Or does he have an interest to buy his equities rather than bonds in his funds. We can read it two ways - follow what he says, or not and buy bonds because the rich might move into that space if there is a market crash, as they did well during the volatile financial crisis years. For the small investor - cash I think is the next best alternative.

Someone remind me next time to do some research on next years candidates - about mid April time..... a little bit before the competition.

"Odds on Austria were a conservative 33/1 until the start of the show. Many thought she would struggle to win votes from Eastern Europe."

Didn't see but after your metro link decided to listen, not everyone's cup of tea I'm sure, but some degree of singing talent, suspect there will be a big "gay" (if it's ok to use that word), spend to send it top of the charts in a few places.

Bit like big brother, maybe put the money down on the less than typical stereotype's is a smart way of betting.

Did the U.K better 2nd from bottom this time or does Europe still hate us?

Another FREAK show - like that Israeli transgender freak from a few years ago

The political correctness of these EuroCrap votes makes me ill.

Does no one care about the accelerating decline of Western Civilization? (Apart from Mr Putin):

Celine Dion?

It's open season on Freaks - but not people with genuine handicaps.

Check the link! above, and see if you agree that there is a difference

Sorry, how is Celine Dion a freak?

Far from it, you stated nothing good had come out of Eurovision since Abba, some may disagree has Celine Dion won it too!

Whoops.

Was she before or after ABBA - (my memory of the timeline is flawed) ?

A doctor who gave up the profession to chill out and find spiritual inner peace.

Stick with the video until the end, he sounds nuts, but he has found fulfillment. Shall I get some rollerblades for fun? I never found jogging much fun.

Financial Freedom, the ultimate prize.

-But he came to that point late in his life - aim to be semi retired or retired now! I had this same aim 10 years ago, (I'm now 34), and don't treat ""work" at work too seriously.

This is a book that is rocking the economics world, it should be on the radar of everyone who moves, owns, or inherits CAPITAL. I highly recommend people watch the first link, which is shorter, and the second when you have time.

A possibly solution mooted, is a wealth tax - a global levy that is paid on assets owned each year - e.g. stocks, and bonds, and land.

There was a long depression in that period of American history.

Larry Pesevento always said, we might be headed towards something similar
