  1. Ok! Just bought a copy of Free Capital and will spend today figuring out which chapter is about you! > ...participated a bit in their teaching. Like this guy, Victor Niederhoffer Did you teach Victor Niederhoffer?
  2. I see, very illuminating, thanks. I'm not going to pretend to be able to match what you're doing but it's still incredible watching a master at work. A trading wizard perhaps?
  3. That's a good profit. If you don't mind me asking, how much money do you typically risk on option plays? Since they can expire worthless, I'm guessing you don't bet too large just in case.
  4. I have this on my watchlist. Is this stock dying (maybe because of the Mexican uncertainty from November), or will it find support at the trendline around £7?
  5. I like the way Gold/GBP bounces off a log trendline, suggesting this is only a temporary decline.
  6. I'm not sure how a lack of gold in Fort Knox translates to holding silver (over gold). Fort Knox gold obviously was looted and has been known for sometime. Gold has flowed from the West to the East. I'm not sure if this means anything in terms of relative value between Yuan/Dollar. But I think Gold/{USD, GBP, EUR etc.} should rise over the long term. Not sure if I can be as certain of that with Silver.
  7. I am in UK so not very in-tune with Euro or Asian markets. But I think Brexit continues to be a kind of fuse that will be lit within a year, maybe even this year. The establishment or banking cartel are trying to stretch out the indecision but the British people can only take so much uncertainty before one side or the other will cause a ruckus. And that may finally lead to dislocations in markets. Not sure what to change in my positioning but I will remain long hard money i.e. gold and crypto. Good thing I did not swap into EUR - EURGBP seems decisively down and probably deserved.
  8. If gold will complete the symmetrical pattern, it should go back down to 1185 support before a strong reversal to break 1360. All within the next 4 months. So crazy.
  9. Yeah I saw that news. But look at that high volume day. Surely not the end of the rise if we're patient. I guess that if it has topped, it would be wise to sell some if it recovers to 4.3 ish.
  10. It's all kicking off - now GCM crashes 15%.
  11. Looks like I was right about silver topping. Unfortunately it's dragging gold down along with it, although the gold to silver ratio is improving.
  12. Facebook and Telegram Are Hoping to Succeed Where Bitcoin Failed Coming soon to a social network near you: selfie admirers on Instagram will be transacting in FaceBucks.
  13. Gentlemen I can confidently confirm the bull market in crypto has begun anew - I hope you all have accumulated at least some percentage of your net worth in crypto otherwise be prepared to pay rapidly rising prices. Strong W-shaped bottoms in Bitcoin and Ethereum confirm the new bull market. Last critical line in the sand for ETH is $200. Constantinople upgrade coming in 5 days should see this happen. Buy the rumour as always.

  15. I think 2.5 wouldn't be a bad target. But I think if it got there, it would have a chance to run to 4. Difficult to believe but maybe rising gold price helps.
  16. The weak hands are shook out - seems to confirm a move back into 2.2. From there could get stuck unless gold surges again. Also how is the correlation with First Majestic AG?
  17. Probably enough time to the end of the month to break 2.00 resistance. Might end up congested at 2.20 unless gold keeps plowing through and breaks 1367 resistance.
  18. Seems like we all did nicely yesterday. It's been a good week for cryptos too.
  19. Including the Fed & BoE? Didn't they lease their gold to the bullion banks, so technically they don't own as much anymore.
  20. JP Morgan is rolling out the first US bank-backed cryptocurrency to transform payments business Will this stablecoin also run on Ethereum like USDC and Gemini Dollar?
  21. Really surprised if this won't bust 1.82 resistance today given the robust gold price.
  22. No reason why stocks should end up lower over the year if USD depreciates relative to assets. In fact all fiat currencies are depreciating rapidly and that is why stock markets the world over are rising despite the fundamentals being crappy. I'd say we will probably be still around these levels (after a lot of ranging/whipsawing) at the end of the year. Possibly in the UK stocks at least we will continue a general rise into July to reach the top of the monthly range and then come back down the rest of the year to either the middle or bottom of the range. (FTSE 6580 - 7770)
  23. Bitcoin Core’s Next Goal is to Increase Bitcoin’s Fixed Supply and Stop “Halvening” Ethereum is a better bet since they are dedicated to migrate to proof of stake and thus will require less dilution in future to maintain security of the chain compared to bitcoin which are already talking about removing the 21 million coin limit. Additionally staking will earn income as a reward for securing the chain, proportional to the Ether staked.
  24. Uk stocks still rising... Sterling depreciating. What is the situation with the US & EU?
