The Jesse Livermore Diaries/Scrapbook

Recommended Posts

I didn't spot the question until now - unfortunately I don't have information on European and Asian breakdown into sectors. I think the first port of call would be the exchanges' official websites, and maybe even give them a call. The next place would be your broker, then failing that I think if you dig around the internet bulletin boards in your local area then you'll find free information. You shouldn't have to pay for the basic information.

Fortunately for us the official London Stock Exchange has the lists of stocks in their sectors, in an easy to find list: http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/prices-and-markets/stocks/indices/constituents-indices.html?index=NMX&industrySector=0530&page=1

The SP500 is now challenging the 2000pt area!

Also AAPL is making new highs. I don't recognize the share price - I think it must have had a stock split. Will it hold and clear the $100 area?

Not on great volume, so I don't think I'll add this to the Jesse Livermore trades diary just yet.
