I only sold off 35% of my stack during this rise so bring it on!

What do we think about MUX today?

Currently trading back at 1.85. It's been a good boy.

There is talk on Stockhouse that traders are gunning for a short squeeze. And that could send prices to $3.

Also could be down to low liquidity before July 4 perhaps?

Previously, I thought the breakout point was $1.80, near the Moving Average

But now I think key resistance level is $1.85-1.90. If it goes above that, MUX may quickly shoot up to $2.20 or so

There's no follow through here. Every time I post here with excitement is the top of the move. It really sucks. Shoulda bought First Majestic.

Don't give up yet.

MUX retraced part of, but not all of, the POP upwards. back down to the breakout point. Could be healthy

Actually, this could help make future gains more sustainable, if we get some follow-thru from here.

Volume was greater on the move up

Thanks for the reassurance DrB. One of the reasons I still hold is due to your holding and continued enthusiasm. I think the best strategy is to hold on until end of the year when gold should be definitely higher and McEwen has reported better full year on year production and further drill results. I believe 1.8 is currently the fair value so doesn't make sense to sell now. And that fair value is rising all the time.

Nice one, not for me though. I'm gunning for higher gold/silver prices and short squeeze. Even if I did sell I'm not sure where to place the cash.

Even though McEwen diluted the float and took on debt this year, this stock still has room to move higher, I feel. So I'll take the risk and continue to hold the whole. I thought we would see 2.2?

They are pretty exotic stocks and I'll need to research them first. I would never take a large position on TSXV.

Decided to jump out of this at 1.87, I had enough of the action.

I wonder if emotions have got the better of me here?
