7/22/24 (1.50, pe:2.04 4.13%) / VReit (1.75)=86.21%. / TLT 92.52, 1.62%
4/11/24  (1.55, pe:2.64 4.00%) / VReit (1.72)=90.12%. / TLT 90.22, 1.72%
1/11/24  (1.80, pe:3.07, 3.44%) / VReit (1.72)=104.7%. / TLT 96.17,  1.87%

Despite the POGO NEWS, I am sticking with my VLL shares, which look so cheap w/ PER near 2.0
