Wink23
Hi I am new to the site and there seems to be lots of interesting discussions as well as experienced investors here. I was wondering has anybody on this forum taken a look at or invested in Sage gold? It is a Ni/Cu/Au mineral exploration company in the Americas. It is still in its early stage of exploration and has properties in Ontario, Quebec, and Nevada. Recently its drill results show a finding on its Jacobus property including a 0.4 to 1.0% grade on its Ni/Cu discovery. After this news release the stock price took a sharp drop over the past week. I am assuming these grades not the best, (maybe decent), and I suppose a gold company needs to discover some high grade gold inorder to move the stock price. I was wondering what is anyone's take on this company, does this company has potential to grow with its current management team, properties, and past discoveries on its numerous properties? I look forward to some enlightenments in this forum.

Wink23
I was wondering anyone have any thoughts on the properties this company (SGX) holds and its potential prospect in the short and long term. Does this company looks like it has room to grow in such a bear market? Wink23

Wink23
at a quick glance looks like a good resulthttp://www.marketwire.com/mw/release.do?id=827148 Feb 29, 2008 Sage Gold Inc.: Lynx # 1 Drilling-5.56% Cu, 153.2 g Ag/T and 2.30 g Au/T Over 6.5 Metres Sage Gold has completed the first five holes of its winter drilling program on the Onaman property....... also encouraging comments on the onaman (big m) and jacobus properties Thanks for your reply. I understand the overall market sentiment is going down. I am just wondering how long this trend will continue and what effect it may have on the junior exploration market; especially Sage. Can good news turn this company around. Does the increase in gold and other commodity prices play a major role for this company. For now, I don't see a big effect, nor a lot of buyers are rushing to junior gold exploration company. What do you think of this company and its portfolio of properties? Sage is going to drill 22000 m in Beardmore Geraldton area, if they hit gold, how much gold do you think it takes to turn this into a 10 bagger?
