Hi Liquid,

 

I have been looking into this time to time for quite a while -- the Pelamis looks very good indeed.

 

I have found some Japanese alternatives (hurricane-proof) which when I have time I will re-find (subsequent to a HD crash) and post the links here (I think they were in English..)
