weismangroup
Hello All: I was recently presented an investment in an LLC for a company which salvages sunken ships. In this particular offering, the claim is that a ship containing over 1,700,000 ounces of platinum from Russia sunk in the early 1940's. My question here is can anyone comment not so much on the possibility of a losing a bullion cargo, but more specifically on the possibility based upon historical reserves and production of whether that amount of platinum could have even been aboard a single ship. Cheers, Mike
