pyewackitt
Ok i found this link: http://www.tocom.or.jp/souba/gold/torikumi.html From a fool.com comments section: http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2008...-some-gold.aspx And i'm trying to deciper it a little. Can anyone provide any input into exactly what the short and long positions represent? If its actual trading positions over time then I didn't think these would be as visible as they seem to be. Also had a look at the open interest on silver and crude. Particularly interested in looking at the trading differences between manufacturers like Fuji, Toyota and Mitsubishi )not sure if this is just financial arms of those businesses though, or what kind of seperacy there may between these and the other business areas) and the investment banks like Goldman's. Any feedback much appreciated - pye (seeker of truth, knowledge and chocolate - not always in that order)
