Any impact? Will It's not that "new" actually. It's been on the cards for as long as I've been interested in MNL (at least 5 years) and has been met with local protestors which eventually saw the project shelved in 2013. Though it looks like it's on Duterte's list now so it might actually go ahead.. BUILD BUILD BUILD :-) http://news.pia.gov.p...
