kwheelock Posted July 7, 2007 Report Share Posted July 7, 2007 I was recently approached by this company to trade commodity options with them on a managed basis. Their first trade was Gasoline August Calls - NYMEX RBOB. I decided to give it a go and have had the funding details sent through. The funds were to be sent to a company called G2 Sound Management Limited in Hong Kong - they said it was a subsidiary of the Hang Seng Bank. A quick check with the NYMEX revealed neither G2 nor Hang Seng are approved to trade on the exchange. I queried this and was told they are both subsidiaries of HSBC who can trade on the NYMEX. I haven't funded this position. Anyone heard of or dealt with Primus? Would I be better spread betting the price of gasoline? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
