drbubb Posted December 7, 2017 Report Share Posted December 7, 2017 Mandaluyong & Sakura Spaces - A View over Greater Manila Sakura spaces has topped out and is now moving towards completion It is a 5-storey structure on the top of a hill, at perhaps the highest point in Mandaluyong, giving a commanding view from its upper floors Sakura Spaces is located at 241 A. Bonafacio, and is expected to be completed next year, 2018, and will then be available for Rental & Lease Rental rates may be as low as P 5,000 per month! (for smaller, restricted view spaces) And possibly P12,000 - 15,000 per month for larger spaces. Since it is on a hill, in one of the highest parts of Mandaluyong, it will be a great spot from which to view Greater Manila, and ponder the future development of the Mandaluyong area "At the Center..."
