This thread was set up to look at some of the better and more creative designs

Corporates, millennials choose MyTown

The largest rental housing provider in the country, Philippines Urban Living Solutions (PULS) and its co-living dormitory brand “MyTown,” proved the success of their unique market approach with the launch of their 14th building to date — MyTown Auckland.

Named after the city of sails, the newly-opened MyTown Auckland houses 325 beds, bringing MyTown’s portfolio to over 3,300 beds by year end.

It focuses on providing a relaxing atmosphere with a fully-equipped gym, canteen, open air cinema, and yoga area overlooking the greens of the Manila Golf Club.

It will also soon open a laundromat and supermarket at its ground floor.

Aside from these amenities, it is strategically located along Harvard St. in Makati, adjacent to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and approximately 1.5 kilometers away from Makati central business district (CBD).
