Steve Netwriter
I'm getting this: Board Message Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: Sorry, the board administrator has enabled search flood control. Please wait at least 20 seconds before trying again. at the moment when I try to get the list of recent posts. I notice the number of guests is at "333 user(s) active in the past 15 minutes". :(
wren
I've had that a couple of times. I don't know whether it's due to traffic. First thing I do is check that I'm logged in (doesn't always remember me automatically, but I'm willing to assume that's with my end, not the site). But 333 users is a lot more than usual. Steve Netwriter
Yeh, I didn't realise my posts were so popular   Seems to have calmed down now. PS You got me wondering whether I'd swapped computers and forgotten to login. But my post proves I was. Pheeew
wren
We just changed to Summer Time last night and now the times diplayed are all wrong for me. I tried manually resetting (I was at GMT+2, now need GMT+3, I think). Anybody else have a similar problem?

Steve Netwriter
I wonder if that's a similar bug to the one I get sometimes. Instead of removing all those who visit, but who have left, it keeps them listed. So maybe the number of guests isn't just for the last 1 mins That clock change may have been the cause. wren
That clock change may have been the cause. I've set my timezone to GMT+8, which displays my correct time (well nearly, it's 4 or 5 min slow), although I'm really at GMT+3.

Nearly 5 hours difference, the same as me. The clocks seem to be screwed up.
Steve Netwriter
Sorry, what I meant was the time the forum host is calculating. I have a German host, and when they change time or sometimes muck up the software, it goes haywire for a bit. So I would blame this forum host for the problem (as my first guess). Either that, or this may be the problem: http://cosmiclog.msnbc.msn.com/archive/200.../27/823924.aspx The builders of the world's biggest particle collider are being sued in federal court over fears that the experiment might create globe-gobbling black holes or never-before-seen strains of matter that would destroy the planet.
