  1. I ve never been in there - sign in book? Like a hotel or Bed and breakfast you mean, where you can leave a comment? Why was it busy? The FTSE roared today! I
  2. http://goldismoney.info/forums/index.php The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later
  3. I have savings in Natwest [Part of RBS], and Physical Silver ETFs in a nominee account in HBOS. They look real vunerable at this current time, but as an insurance I hold physical metal in my possession, I'll sleep better.
  4. WTF with goldline. 1 ounce gold coins. Out of Britannias, Nuggets, Philharmonikers, Krugerrands "some delays"
  5. I ve finally become one of the youtube community and posted a video showing off my gold collection I must stop chucking the bars about, it damages them
  6. you could be right with the ETC. Its not that the physical silver should be set by the paper price, but in fact the physical silver price should be setting the paper price [as it always should] not selling the ETF silver though.
  7. i m not going to get carried away with silver, the price increase may come up as a brief spike. It still comes out of the ground at ratio between 50 and 100 to one. Check out Griffin Mining's last trading statement, they mined 800 ounces of gold to 90,000 ounces of silver. Rhodium, another silver coloured metal always provides a reminder that falls are as dramatic as the rises
  8. Mike Malony appears in the second hour of goldseek radio this week, well worth a listen. He works with R.Kyosaki, and it appears the duo are really making their voices known about PM.
  9. http://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/ind...30&start=30 i would read Wads reasonable explanation on why oil is up today. Possible shorts could not roll their contracts so had to cover.
  10. Wow, equities down All commodities are up on my screen
  11. Lol Paulson, you did it! Hurrah. Oh the life of holding gold - its perverted.
  12. It feels we are being herded into the right direction - rising prices, inflation, normal service resumed!
  13. I ve been following Patriot Radio News Hour for a little while. I ve never heard them more furious than Fridays show 19/9/08! Well worth a listen to make sense of whats been going on this week. http://patriotarchives.blogspot.com/
  14. Some dejected people asking questions on FSN this week - one lost 80-90% on his gold juniors, and questioning if the commodity bull run is over. Another invested since 2003 and dollar cost averaging has been "wiped out", he believes something has dramatically changed.
  15. Its a long podcast, and some of his views are antisemitic, perhaps it was not considered that important back in 1984. Interesting to hear his views on money are echoed by the hard core silver bulls today.
  16. Is it true that Warren Buffet sold his silver at $8 to the SLVR ETF? IF that is true, then I d expect a bottom to form there. Speculation though.
  17. Perhaps the view is, anybody in SLV i.e. the public or small funds are LONG on silver. They say that they can use the money long on SLVR against itself, to SHORT it. So in effect the longs ETFs are being lent out to be shorted. Thats good for Barclays, they can buy back the ETF silver at rock bottom prices. Nice work if you can get it. There must be a short covering comming up IF that is true - i.e. a upturn in the price. No stock goes down in a straightline.
  18. Has anyone listened to the recommended podcast by Bruce McCarthy about money, yet? It'll be interesting to hear posters views. If you haven't listened to it please go here to the podcast thread: http://www.greenenergyinvestors.com/index....ost&p=57392
  19. ah Cookson out of 1Kg bars again. Will somebody stop buying... sell on weakness thats the idea
  20. Must be pain out there! I m off to Jersey next week, might buy some duty free physical silver, [i m travelling too much] so when i m back, I expect the bull market to resume normal service!
  21. i ve just got in. Anyone know what to make of Saudi Arabia walking out of OPEC and will continue to pump more oil?. Oil looks to head lower on the news. Got to be the darkest hour for PM and energy bulls?
  22. I hope he isnt proved wrong, nor Eric King [who is a much better trader than investor it appears]. Jim has committed himself to the Gold Bull Market - but it isnt a given that bull markets turn into a mania.... Gulp.
  23. Next target $80, then $60. At $60, I ll be buying some ETF oil, wont be the end of the world eh?
  24. What a mystery. Whos buying? And why ? The banks are safe, and it looks like deflation, oil is going down. Does someone know something, that we dont, thats imminent?
